Now, it's the opposite. On my listing (I'm a homeowner, not a Realtor) I just asked my agent to include the information that the home was NOT bank-owned, and that offers will be approved or rejected very quickly. Now, it’s the opposite. On my listing (I’m a homeowner, not a Realtor) I just asked my agent to include the information that the home was NOT bank-owned, and that offers will be approved or rejected very quickly. There’s something to be said for making a home purchase an easy process.
